Nice stay in Middleburg Heights, Ohio The outward appearance of the hotel is attractive. The staff was friendly and helpful with a general knowledge of the local restaurants stores and activities. The room setup was nice offering one or two queen beds as well as a sleeper sofa in each room. The full kitchen was a pleasant surprise containing a stove refridgerator dishwasher coffee pot microwave and even dishes (pots/pans utensils...

Full kitchen. Easy parking. Lots of restaurants nearby.\n\nFilthy carpet and sofa. Dim lighting.

Nothing it's smells its nasty it has the worst rudest staff ever\n\nTreated my kids very bad when they asked for toweles worst hotel ever\n\nWarning nasty bugs rooms smell the staff hates there jobs and are rude to everyone !

Nothing ! The rooms were extremely dirty and had bugs the staff was extremely rude and too busy to help when my child asked for a condiments the lady told him don't you go to the grocery store and shop and get these things on your own. We absolutely hated\n\nThere's so many things that went wrong with this hotel stay there's not time in the day Tilliston we were there for two weeks of pure hell...

The price but even atxxx it was not worth it\n\nStaff was rude. The place is a dump\n\nTook forever to check in. The first 2 rooms they gave stunk to high heaven. When I refused the rooms they tried to tell me that I would have to pay an upgrade fee to get another room that did not smell as they were all out of Priceline rooms. Nothing\n\nVery dirty, room has misty, moldy smell. Carpet was wet. Windows can't be opened, a/c blows out debris. Never ever again!\n\nOn a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being best), I would rate it a NEGATIVE 5

The hotel is older and dirty. Needs to be cleaned up badly. Lights not working, and dirty walls and bathrooms.\n\nThis is not of the quality I usually get with Priceline. Shat got it wrong on this hotel.

The windows have screens, so you can open them. The location is right off the highway, and very convenient. The people working there are very nice. Free wi-fi was surprisingly fast.
