The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable, and the room is great. Staff went out of their way to make sure everything is OK once we arrived.\n\nThe only thing I didn't like is that we were near the elevator, and it was a little noisy as the staff prepared for the day, taking trash out, stocking housekeeping, etc.\n\nIt's a very convenient location. There are half a dozen Extended Stays on the west side but I always choose this location because of the staff and the rooms. Other Extended Stays may have small "pricline" rooms but here all the rooms are the same. And all are "non smoking as well".\n\nPauline gave me a great room right near the parking lot and my car. I stay here on a regular basis on business.

The priceline deal!\n\nThe room was giving to me as a non-smoking room, but it did have a slight smoke odor to it. Not like it had been smoked in recently, but it definitely had been smoked in the past.
