I only arrived at midnight and had to wait in the vestible prior to entering the lobby. Luckily someone let us in but then had yo wait for someone to actually check us in.
Disappointed I had to start new reservation . The 1st room was just disgusting . It smelled bad and was just a mess. I want to request a full refund created to my hotels.com key cash account
I was supposed to have a queen bed they gave me full size
