Tired property. Seems to have many people who live at the hotel. I had 3am tv noise from a neighbor. Bed was not comfy. I moved to a new hotel for second nite

Stay away This hotel is very dated and desperately needs a makeover. The rooms are musty, our bathroom sink barely drained and the location attracts some "nomadic" activity. We only stayed here because we booked too late for Family Weekend at Mizzou and got stuck. Otherwise, we would never stay here. The shower was good and the staff that we encountered, including checkin, were very friendly. Hotel was dirty inside. Didn’t smell clean. I had to park where there wasn’t much light and no cameras anywhere for the lot. I was on non smoking floor but it smelled like an ashtray.

I reserved a non smoking double room. After I was asked to sign a waiver stating I will pay $250 per incident for evidence of smoking, which I did, I want up to my room, opened the door, and it wreaked of smoke. I asked for another room; they were completely booked, but thankfully the desk staff worked with me and Orbitz for a refund. Also, the lobby looked like hell.

The property all around the hotel was trashy and dirty. There were quite a few of the guests hanging outside and smoking by all of the entrances into the building, so you have to walk through that to get into the hotel. It would help if the hotel had some kind of a smoking area outside and away from the entrances (maybe a covered area with a bench and ashtray receptacles close by?). After i signed a non smoking agreement that stated if i smoked there was a $250 fee. I went to three separate rooms and they all smelled of smoked. The first room of cigarette smoke, the next two were full of Marijuana smoke. I am allergic to the latter so I had to leave because I was having a reaction. The boy at the front desk was very nice and apologetic.

the property was old and dirty. the clientele was sketchy. the neighborhood was fine but we would NEVER stay there again.
