Quite upsetting First of all, not employee wore a mask during our entire time at the Extended stay. The entire hallway of our hotel smelled like cigarette smoke during the entire stay. Our room contained a stale scent so overwhelming we had to buy a plug-in air freshener in addition to cleaning supplies to disinfect and clean our entire hotel room, because it was not to the standards necessary of COVID-19 guidelines. Very pleasant stay. Michael was so kind and helpful. Very compassionate. My room was upgraded at no extra charge. Check in was early too. Will definitely stay here again. Great overall experience.
