Small complaint The air conditioner quit while I was gone during the day when I came back late that night my room was pretty hot. I felt it was too late to get anyone and since it was pretty cool outside I opened the window however the screen was all bent so only opened it a tad.

Clean room Service not so much Had to stand outside locked door at 11:30pm in the rain for 5 minutes after calling and the employee said she was on her way. Gave her my. And for reservation and she said oh no honey were all booked up. Once she put name in screen she said oh here you are. Room was clean
