What kind of review is this ??!!! I tried to respond to the "title of your review" but was limited in alpha characters. My room was apparently unoccupied for an extended period. It seemed to be unventilated and smelled stale and musty. A sign was posted in the hallway about "wet paint on the wall". I'm not sure how long it takes paint to dry but the sign was there 4 days.

Room has really bad smell Bad smell in the room Changed to another smaller room because there was no availability... Overall experience was not really good .. I stayed before in some other extended stay hotel and they were very nice but this one was horrible..

room was lacking the room was clean but lacking. You had to ask for any amenities in the kitchen, there was no ice machine, things were not clearly marked. I had to go in search of vending area to discover the washer was not working, no ice machine, and the free breakfast, was just grab stuff. No OJ or juice, just coffee, instant oatmeal, muffins, and oranges and apples.

Will not stay again Hotel was out of date, smelled like smoke, musty kind of feel to the environment. A/C unit was noisy and kept waking us all night. Hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. If you are on a tight budget might be a good compromise at the 40% off rate, but full rate I would not consider.

Terrible This was a terrible experience both with Expedia and the hotel. I would never use either one again. The hotel staff was very rude. The Expedia staff did not speak English well. You could not understand them, they could not understand me. I was then put on hold for over 20 minutes so I just hung up

Well, at least the coffee was HOT! We booked as "Top Secret" so we knew we were rolling the dice on where we would actually be staying. We have booked this way with Travelocity before and have never been disappointed. Our booking preference was a non-smoking room, upon arrival we were informed the we would be staying in a SMOKING suite, upgrade on the room but downgrade on our preference? Not impressed at all The room was not clean and it was very very small. The staff only "acted" friendly. Also, there one of the doors was not locked creating a security hazard. The location near the Dayton Mall was perfect, though!

this hotel is a slum don't book this place. the hotel is dirty facilities are poorly maintained. this hotel needs everything

Amenities, cleanliness, and staff made for bad stay The room was dingy and the carpet had "pet stains" on them. They charge an extra fee for pets, but they don't use the fee to clean. It smelled dirty. Also, the kitchen had no utensils or dishware. The Formica on the counters and the cabinets were peeling and the hallways are especially noisy. The selection of cable channels was about 3 local channels, the Weather channel, and about two other channels nobody watches. I've seen less expensive hotels that were better. The loca... read more
