not. but, definitely not friendly. The lady who was on the business trip with me had a emergency. I ask the lady at the desk ans staff if they had any courtesy tampons, they were rude and so not understanding. most hotels do have this in there first aid kit. they offer room service for supplies, bu again not helpful and did nothing when i report the phone in the room was broken

The hotel is ok but I saw a huge roach in my room my second night. The people staying at the hotel was very loud. I heard loud arguments multiple times by guest with loud cursing during my stay. The continental breakfast could use an upgrade, it's only coffee, packets of grits and prepackaged snacks of muffins and granola bars.
