Happiness from a South African guest Excellent accommodation value for money in a "tight" budget situation. I will return even when in a "not so tight" budget situation as the WoodSpring Suite offers all one really needs. Very friendly and professional staff.

Clean. Close to shopping, airport, and highways. It's close to highways that can take you to different attractions. Close to good eateries, stores, and airport. The place has a laundromat but no ice machine, pool, and linen exchange is at additional cost which was ok with us. We were there to take in the sites so we weren't going to be in the room all day. The room was comfortable, clean, and cool. I got a good price for a whole week.

Nice. The staff here is very nice. The hotel is well kept. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only thing that bothered me a lot is that the key/door would stop working forcing you to go all of the was around the building. Other than that it's nice, clean, and quiet.

A mixed bag This hotel is a decent value for those in need of pet friendly accommodation for an extended stay. The location is close to the highway and has plenty of dining options if you have a car. Rooms are efficient if spare. Plan on providing your own utensils etc while there is a kitchenette provided. Closet space is tight as is the bureau provided. Housekeeping is not daily, so plan on being tidy and having some extra towels on hand. The Wifi is spotty, so your best bet is to use a personal hotspot if you rely on the ... read more

Housekeeping Services While the hotel is new, clean and pleasant, I didn't realize that they didn't provide daily housekeeping service for the guest rooms. I was there for 6 nights and had to make 2 towels and wash cloths last. My bed was never made and my trash was never emptied.

Don't pass this one up!! We have now stayed here twice and couldn't ask for a better stay. Katie and her staff are friendly and helpful and are constantly cleaning the common areas to make sure everything is spotless. The rooms are very comfortable. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs it.
