Okay hotel, bad staff and housekeeping Stayed here for 12 days, no housekeeping at all even after reminding front office. Did not receive receipt from hotel as they had not posted the last day's stay, front office were not operational in the morning. No response to email for receipt request, spoke to a Front office lady twice who said was busy but would send it soon, did not send. Spoke to a guy the next day who said would send it in 2 minutes, did not, around 20 calls to the hotel was not answered after the call to the guy ... read more

Eh! All in all, you get what you pay for. Because this is an extended stay, the desk Clerk seemed very unthrilled that we arrived. We were handed a 3 page booklet of rules to follow, felt like I was a kid staying with parents, so we just staped busy during our vacation and only used the room for sleeping. The room on the other hand, eh! There was dirt, broken glass and soda caps on the floor left by the previous occupants. The "kitchen" had nothing, not even a fork or a paper plate. Best 2.5 Star in the area We've been traveling to the Aurora area frequently over the past few months. We have tried 5 different 2.5-3 star hotels from Aurora South to DIA/Stappleton area. This is by far the nicest, newest and cleanest of the bunch. It's an extended stay hotel which is something I had not really thought through all the way since we were staying only one night. Just in time After my previous reservation at a previous hotel went out the window, end up staying at another that was not worth it per-night . Found this one online for a reasonable price The staff were nice, hotel was comfortable and clean, with a kitchen that included a stove, refrigerator and microwave, full bath with tub, a queen size bed with cable tv. Strip down model Had to ask for shower curtain and an iron. No mirrors or trashcan in room, have to go into restroom if needed. Air conditioner kept going off (warm out) and waking up husband. Bed was great though.

Will stay again Hotel staff was polite and helpful, location was ok. We felt safe. The only complaints we have would be the rooms could have been a little cleaner... the floor was dirty, shower didn't drain well, and guests in adjacent rooms were noisy. We could also smell cigarette smoke and other smells throughout the night. Considering all the above, the price was reasonable and we would stay here again.

Woodsprings hotel The place is new so everything is still very nice, beds, TV. The people staying are at the hotel are good hard working people, so it's quite and safe. The staff is super friendly.
