The staff was responsive to our needs and swiftly addressed any issues or requests presented to them. Rob was especially helpful. He was knowledgeable, courteous, informative and was always ready to provide any assistance he could to make our stay more pleasant. Before I left I told him “I want to thank you for three reasons- 1) you are very knowledgeable; your are good at your job; and, most importantly, you like to do your job. Without the last attribute, the first two are meaningless.”

Nice hotel Great customer service. Very clean. Bed are extremely hard and are not a double size. Shower pressure is extremely slow.

Was Kind of like being hot boxed in our room from the smoke in the hallways, not very non smoking friendly. I guess weed isn’t smoking?? Lame
