It Works. Tight by the 470. The night we were there, the hotel was really understaffed, and it was a holiday weekend. Any requests we had on our room were moot, since nobody (and I mean nobody) was picking up at the front desk. Like, pretty much all night. Otherwise, clean, fridge, sink, microwave, stove, bed, tv, shower...all good. Not bad.

Nice area to be in, but house keepers don't do a good job I found condom wrappers under the bed

Arrived Sunday afternoon. No one at the front desk for 30 minutes. Other than this, the rest of my stay was pleasant and the staff after Sunday, was prompt and friendly

Helpful and friendly staff, BUT Clean room, accept for the hair in the bathtub. An extended stay quality it's not. There was no dishes, silverware nor pots and pans or coffee pot. Any extended stay hotels I have ever stayed at supplied these necessities.

More to be desired. . . We were disappointed by the smell of cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room. Even the towels smelled like cigarette smoke when put to our noses. We were also disappointed with the thin blanket and bedspread. We were cold at night. The breakfast bar was also a disappointment. The only other thing that would have made our stay better was some kind of exercise room or pool. It was cool to have access to a little kitchenette and we made use of the refrigerator.

Adequate, clean, nothing extrA Great location for my needs. However, the room was missing the kitchen work table and chairs (told they hAd been moved to Another room) and the closer on the drapes was disconnected and laying on the window sill. Room was clean. If you want a pool, workout facilities or amenities, note there are none here.

Thin walls and slow service I could hear walking and talking outside in the hallway all throughout the night (not sound-proof) as well as walking and showering in the room above me. Not insulated very well for noise at all. I called the front desk for toothpaste because I forgot mine, but since no one answered at the front desk, I was transferred to I think a customer service line for Extended Stay America. Close to store It was close to stores an right off the freeway. The only thing they got to work on is room service. I stood the whole week an did not get no clean towels so new sheet cuz no cleaning personal came. But overall the hotel is a good place an room was clean when i first arrived. Thank you
