Best Extended Stay Staff All the categories in this review warranted 5's..But in the Staff category 10 would be an accurate assessment. Every single member regardless of the shift they work, has assisted me in an issue that needed to be resolved. For example the night shift agent one night last week called me at the beginning of his shift to verify that I was extending my stay. Unbeknownst to me. I had not redone my reservation. best extended stay in colorado The hotel staff first and foremost makes a great place to stay even better. I had numerous issues with booking online and every staff member was patient with me and calmly helped me work through it. Made what could've been a frustrating situation a minor hiccup

Good staff, poor hotel condition and cleanliness Hotel staff was nice, my room was dirty with stains on counter, not vacuumed, burnt out light bulbs, poor carpet condition, dusty vents. Air control unit was nice though and wa the cheapest i could find last minute.

Budget atmosphere Clean but dated, strong odor of cigarette smoke in the hallway. Morning breakfast had plastic wrapped pastries.

Extended Stay The room had a nice set up, justa funky smell. But over all was an okay stay.

ok for the price The room was clean and comfortable ..... the staff was friendly.....seemed to be understaffed ......our room was never refreshed while we were there 5 days. Had to ask for dishes, towels and blankets......they had no clean washclothes the 3rd night and we were told they would be put in our room the next day which never happened.

You Get What You Pay For This hotel met my expectations. The staff was friendly and the room was decent. The continental breakfast could have been better. They just throw out some packaged muffins and oatmeal. Overall it was good value for the location.

It kept the cold off me. It was not at all impressive. Just the bare minimum. I had to provide my own coffee maker, cups and paper towels. Breakfast was extremely skimpy and undesirable.
