Staff was great. Room wasn't cleaned well and room needs maintenance. Duct tape was holding the bathroom drawer in place

The staff here is awesome and helpful. They accommodate or try to accommodate every need. The place is clean and the people around are friendly. Not like other cheaper hotels that attract drug addicts, etc..., this place isn't like that at all. I feel safe. They're very pet friendly. My only issue was the garbage disposal and it was taken care of within a few hours. The washer and dryers are good, too!! 😋
Staff are friendly and extremely helpful, the facilities, outside...everything is clean and well kept the people who stay are nice. I feel safe. Could be slightly cheaper for the price because this place is a bit older and needs to be updated. I've stayed in nicer (more updated) hotels for the same price. I guess everything is just getting more expensive nowadays. So, I definitely recommend for families!! Rooms are a good size.

It was nice having a kitchen. Room and furnishings were older, but in good repair and clean. Water pressure was really low in the shower.

Front desk personnels are friendly
the whole staff is so friendly and sweet I mostly noticed that Ted and I believe her name was Rosa both went above and beyond to make me feel accommodated and welcome here. I’m kind of in between homes, so I’m going to be here for a very long amount of time and I really feel at home here. I don’t feel like at a hotel it’s nice, I like the door lock at night so I feel safe my room has been very clean every single time I’ve checked in and they’ve always gone out of their way to meet my needs if I’ve asked for anything at all. ... read more

Easy in and out. Super swell people to adress me to my room number and level.
Very close to the light rail station for those w/o a car. The room was clean the front desk was very nice and accommodating
