Hotel to be expected. Room not ready at 5 pm. Made us wait for 30 min. Front desk person not very friendly. Room decent and as expected.

not for early risers Break fast was not out early enough for me. Otherwise, the place is fine.
My unpleasant experience I arrived early to my hotel and was denied check-in due to room unavailability. So, I returned at check-in time and waited 30 minutes for them to go check on my room. I finished check-in and went to my room. I opened the door to realize that it was a smoking room and smelled absolutely horrible. I checked my paperwork to confirm it said "non-smoking"; it did. It was a long distance from my destination, but easy on-off access to the freeway.
Service Employee was amazing!!! He went out of his way to get us a room. I would definitely recommend!

Clean This Extended Stay is clean and in a decent location. There is a little confusion because there is 2 Extended Stays a block from each other.
Good Bussines travel Its was good, friendly staff and good service. The price was good and the access to the hotel was very easy.
good room This room was a good room for a one night stay. Think it's priced a little high though. Definitely needs remodeled compared to the surrounding motels in the area. Looks great on the outside but the rooms could use some work. Good for a quick cheap stay.
