We were only staying 1 night and when we tried to use the shower there was no cold water. When we called the front desk they said it would be fixed in the morning, which did not work for us. He came to check and then went away. We called the desk again and were told there were no rooms available to move to. Called a 3rd time and was given another room they had made up. Hotel was decent, but we had to push to get a room when the one we were given was not usable

It's was fair for its price and good service specially quick check on and out.

Makes you wonder ..... There was hair in the tub, an empty gatorade bottle by the tv when we arrived to our room. The toilet didnt flush very well. No trash cans in the rm.

Home away from home! Our family of four needed a reasonably priced place to stay so my granddaughter could attend a softball camp in Golden. This hotel sure fit the bill. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We did have a hiccup about room assignments. I had to extend our stay and ended up making two reservations. Although I tried to explain the situation to the clerk upon check-in in an effort to avoid changing rooms (I had booked two different kinds of rooms)we had to change rooms at a most inconvenient time. Great price for a comfy extended stay room We had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable hotel. My kids and I were in town for a concert and I got a Hotels.com rewards secret price on the room. Nice price and greatly within our budget.

Decent Hotel My PROS are the bed was reasonably comfortable. It was nice being able to cook in the room instead of eating out 3 times a day. The bathroom was actually kind of nice. My CONS are intermittent AC in the room; the guy tried to fix it but it would still shut off for after a few minutes. Grab and Go breakfast was feeble at best. There is no pool at this Extended Stay but there is a pool at the Extended Stay approximately 3 block away.

Exhausted and no room in the inn. Horrible check in problems. Rooms overbooked though I made a reservation 5 days ahead. I had to wait 2 hours from 9pm till 11pm while completely exhausted for a room "maybe"
