Room stunk of urine The room was dark and dank. One of the two beds reeked of urine and was unusable. Worn out, dingy sheets and thin, stained comforters. Had to buy air freshener to get through the short stay. Never again....especially for the price per night. Expected much better from this hotel chain.

Small, Stinky rooms I reserved two rooms and had requested adjoining rooms. While the hotel was completely booked, I had called several days in advance to request adjoining rooms. They informed me they can't assign the rooms until the day of but will do what they can. The hotel clerk was VERY talkative. Very very talkative. While some conversation is good - too much can be a detriment, which is what it was this time. When I got into the room the odor hit us!! Not a good place to stay! We thought we were checking into a detention center. We had to check out all items at the front desk. Towels, dishes, pots and pans for the kitchenette unit. Lobby was totally uninviting, in need of professional decorating help. Lighting in the building seems harsh lending it to the detention center feel. Halls were dirty, stairway hadn't been cleaned in a while. Everything was locked requiring a room key for access, laundry room, breakfast room, pool area. BAD Housekeeping and bugs! Hotel was dirty and had bugs. Something was wrong with the AC also, as we were both sick and had horrible chest congestion after staying here. I had to take antibiotics for the upper respiratory issues I had. Upon arrival, we found a dirty room and had to change rooms three times, before we found one that was satisfactory.
