Very clean and friendly
I would recommend this property for a stay in Destin. The rooms were nice and equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, and stoves. The staff was very helpful and greeted us when we walked through the door.
The staff made the hotel stay nice. There are some “interesting people” who loiter around the facility. We didn’t get any shampoo. I didn’t know there was a $100 deposit fee. We came to Destin on a budget so that wasn’t expected. The staff seem to really want the hotel to do well so they made the stay nice. There isn’t a 24 hour front desk so we did feel unsafe at night. I checked right after front desk closed. Ashley is the after hours staff member. She was awesome and so helpful! All I had to do was pick up the phone and a person would pick up the phone who then would notify her to let me in so I could get checked in. Great service!

SUB PAR at best For what we paid, we were not expecting such run down conditions or half or everything was broken. No pool (out of order?), no ice machine (broken?), no utelsinls whatesoever in the room...which we counted on b/c of the kitchenette aspect. We checked out and went to a nicer hotel for down the road for a better price.
