Not bad I read a lot of reviews of how this place was a terrible hotel. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and new the room looked as well as how clean it was. I suppose it's under new management and that may have helped, but it was very nice for the price.

Nice place, not far from the beach! I thought that the hotel overall was good. I reserved two rooms and both were nice. The staff was nice, we were offered microwavable popcorn, razors, sample shampoos, toothbrushes and toothpaste upon arrival. The towels in the room had what looked like permanent stains but luckily we brought our own towels to use and one of the rooms' remote control didn't work but no big deal. Destin Stay The hotel stay was wonderful. The room accomadated my son and I greatly. It was a small studio room with all needed equipment in there. I will be looking forward to staying here again in the future and have already recommended this facilty to others.
overall ok The room was fine but the breakfast was a joke,. we got down there at 8am and there was nothing left. the OJ and apple juice was out of order, they had 3 or 4 pints of milk and about 3 bagels left. also the bath towels are very small and the water pressure was not very good. The front desk was very cordial. overall it was a 2 star hotel instead fo a 2 1/2 star. my rate was with tax was 100. the hotel is not worth more than 75.
