Awesome hotel I love to stay at the Extended Stays due to the price, friendly staff, availability, feeling of home, and barely any difference in between no matter where you are. Always my first option wren traveling.
Weekend relaxation This hotel was in a great location, close to shopping plazas and theatres, but that's the only thing it had positive. It was way too much money. The carpets were dirty. There weren't enough towels in the room. And the elevator made scary noises like it was going to break any moment.
Needs Renovation Hotel needs an overhaul. While the rooms are obviously cleaned and the staff has done what it could, the carpets had permanent stains, there were scrapes and flaking paint on doors and door jambs, water damage in the ceiling, and generally haphazardly done repairs (holes patched but not painted or textured to match, elevator vents missing screws etc.) Towels had holes in them. Great value I was in town for a conference. The staff was very accommodating, and polite. They suggested restaurants to go to and sights to see. The only negative about the room was the bathroom fan was loud.
Hotel simples, mas bem confortável O quarto é bem confortável, espaçoso, limpo. Mas não é muito bem localizado. Fica há uns 30 min do Sawgrass e uns 15 min de carro da praia. Mas como usamos só para dormir, valeu a pena pelo custo benefício...

Hotel is on decline For a non-smoking hotel, the room smelled of smoke. It was okay for one night but you can see the decline in the hotel.

keep looking! my room smelled. the furniture is old and stained like the elevator and the carpets in the hallways. i stayed here a month ago and the card reader on the back door did not work so you could just walk right in without a room key anytime you want,its still broken. I dont recommend staying here. I have stayed at many of their properties before and this one is the pits
