Some issues with the room like missing/broken drawers and a ceiling vent that was falling off (it was taped up) but the room and the bed were very clean (personally I'll take clean over perfect working order any day!) and the one staff member I had interaction with at the front desk was friendly and helpful. I can't speak to the 'grab and go' breakfast because I missed it (open from 7-9:30 or something like that).

We stayed here when attending a special event at Hard Rock. Only slept here. Not typical of where I usually stay, but the room served our purpose. Nothing fancy. Front desk staff was friendly and polite when checking in/out. No complaints.

It was well located; staff very friendly. Rather worn place. Had to go to office twice about my key not working.

Front desk close at 11pm,so plan for it. I arrive at 3am so slightly challenging checking

Staff at front desk and room were fine. But advertising a “free breakfast” and offering a granola bar is false advertising!

All and all it was just oke to stay for the night, carpet was really dirty so I hope my bed was not dirty too. But again, I stayed to sleep and leave.
