Room was updated and clean. However, bathtub had a huge orange stain and water pressure in shower was very low. Elevator was not working. Staff was not very helpful nor nice.

I enjoyed my stay. Although, you need to know the elevator doesn’t work so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs :( Outside that, I had no issues
You guys can do better The room was big however the beds were small and the bathroom was moldy with boogers on the wall. I had yo deep clean the bathroom

Mediocre When I arrived and went to the front desk the leek was not very welcoming. No smile…no hello…just not a warm feeling at all. My room type was overbooked. However a comparable room was found and located on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service. The rooms were clean but the upgrades were A”ok” but not very appealing. When I woke up in the morning the shower temperature was barely above Luke warm. When I left and passed by the front desk I was not greeted at all.
