Amazing hotel, amazing staff Our receptionist, Anasis, is the best at her job. Her attentions to our questions, and assistance with areas we wanted to visit was incredible. I did not like the tub design and it was small. Other than that, our stay was better than what I have been experiencing in this price range.

Holiday in Florida Roof was being replaced. Quality was lacking for sure. Not very comfy beds and the hotel wasn't very clean.

Close to mall Location was really good as it was close to the mall. Negative: not much for breakfast, no hot foods, and pool was not cleaned.
