DON'T EVER STAY HERE! The room has coaches EVERYWHERE! We told the office immediately, the gave us a Raid spray can, and said that they would have the exterminator out immediately. That NEVER happened! Worst hotel I have EVER stayed at!!! Do yourself a favor and don't ever use this company - It is completely horrible!

Room smelled horrible. Office not clearly marked. Very dissatisfied with my stay. Office was difficult to find. Manager was talking to her boyfriend when I arrived.

Would not recommend Worst hotel stay in my life. I wasn't given the room I select through expedia, was told that room wasn't availbe, was charged for a more expensive room which was a down grade. I had to wait for a room and the rep friend walked in you get a room and she upgraded him to a suite for a rate lier than mine 60. When I got to the room keys didn't work, after that was fixed room was smoking after I asked for non smoking, rep stayed nothing else was available, slept in my car that night because it was getting near... read more

Below standard The bed in Ron 268 had a broken leg and each time I got in the bed dropped to the right! The linens, comforter and shower curtain were wrinkled as if they just came out of the dryer! The towels were full of lint! There was s hint of cigarette smoke in the room! Not a happy stay st all!

Not a good place to stay I had to stay at this hotel for 2 nights, it was dirty , called the lobby twice for clean towels and never got an answer... never again

Stay was pretty bad. The place was so not extended stay. Very dirty and shady. Will avoid extended stay from now on.

Never ahain The area not the hotel was safe. There was a man that narrated me at check-in I could not go to my room. My room had to be changed. The room itself was smelly and there were bed bugs. I would not go there again.

NO TOWELS IN ROOM SO I CALLED FRONT DESK SHE SAID IN A NASTY TONE COME GET THEM. SO I IMMEDIATELY WENT WHEN I GOT THERE THEY WERE ALL(3) OF THEM STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING. very BAD ATTITUDE OF STAFF ALL I CAN SAY THEY SEEMED TO BE VERY LAZY. THEY SHOULD GET FIRED.
