When we arrived and was already checked in we couldnt log on to the hotel wifi... the information of how to login would not work. We went back to the front desk to alert them of the problem and found out tht the desk clerk a young male spelt my name wrong in the system after he was given a credit card with my correct info on it. they told us to call tech control to help us fix the problem which i felt was their fault and tht he which was the clerk at tht time shouldve call and alleviate the problem and not us... to make a lo... read more

Estaba bien para el precio, tenía cocina y la habitación de bien tamaño, no hacen limpieza diaria x lo que hay que pedir todo en el lobby

In front of my room door, there were too much dirt. You can hear persons slamming doors or talking as they walk by my room. It was too much of that. The room was clean upon my initial inspection but the next day, I saw little roaches crawling around. Horrible. Someone killed a roach on the bathroom wall, near the light switch and left its legs behind. The place needs fumigating. The staff were friendly enough but it felt like they were not interested in being there or working there. No smiles. No thank you-s.
