Convenient and clean hotel with friendly staff. I had an issue with the smell of cigarette smoke coming thru my bathroom vent. I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff he apologized and promptly came to my room and installed a deodorizer in my AC/Heating unit. He also gave me Febreze to spray and said he would investigate to find out who was smoking in a "Non-Smoking Hotel". The problem persisted the next evening, I made the day desk staff aware of it the next morning and they began a room to room check to find out... read more
Very Happy We arrived faster driving for over 14 hours and were frazzled, Tina went the extra mile to make sure we checked in quickly. The room is very Inc, clean and comfortable. The location can be a little hard to find.

I forgot hair conditioner, and they did not have any. What hotel does not carry conditioner? Unless they are catering only to men
