Middle of activity with lots of places near by. I stayed for the price and location. It was down the street from TCU. I wanted a kitchen with a larger fridge. There were several restaurants within walking distance and the WIFI was fast enough to support my Netflix connection.

Hotel is under going renovation or updating, so laundry was not available for a few days. Maintenance staff very competent and helpful when a need arose. Desk and lobby had to relocate to a small area, but morning breakfast counter with coffee and snacks was made available. Staff always helpful when asked. This was my third time to stay at this hotel in a year. A good value for the price.

early check in Very good staff
No frills It doesn't have any frill however, it met my needs and expectations. I was visiting my son at TCU. Close and convenient. I would stay again

Cleanliness of room Family reunion, one night stay.Rooms were clean, location quiet.

Great location The best attribute of this hotel is it's location. For my purposes, location was great and super convenient. Hotel itself was completely acceptable. For price and location, I will definately stay here again.
