Friendly staff, great coffee, could be cleaner The location is fantastic; the staff friendly but the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. The room (especially bathroom - tub, floors, toilet) could be much cleaner. The price was good and the coffee was great.

Close to TCU Everything you need to stay for a few days. Close to restaurants. The facilities and price are matched.

Pleasantly Surprised! I was really worried when I saw that I had booked at Extended Stay because in my mind I see that as a place where men stay when they are on a job and have to be away from home. I was very surprised by the lay out of my room and it was wonderfully clean and I fell in love with it. I was visiting my daughter and her twin baby girls and we spent most of my visit in my room playing with babies. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pleasant and comfortable Although this is not a high end hotel the rooms are comfortable and clean and having a kitchen area with a full size fridge is so helpful. With a Super Target located behind the hotel it was easy to keep food on hand as well.The staff was amazingly helpful, they accommodated any needs we had and were always pleasant about it. The workout room is small but clean and functional and the grab and go breakfast was just right with fruit, granola bars, oatmeal and coffee.

Convenient location at good price Good location and good price. A convenient hotel if you need to be near that area of FW. do not like that all rooms are pet allowable. Should have some "non pet allowed"

Good for long stays Bed was not comfortable. Stains on the carpet and couch. Liked the kitchen. Staff was helpful except the night we arrived. Had no sheets on sleeper sofa and Noone at front desk to get us any. Noone at front desk even answered the emergency number. I'm pretty sure she was sleeping.

Ok for the price! We stayed here 5 nights. The carpet is very stained and needs to be replaced.

Affordable quality Clean, comfortable & affordable rooms. Other than the ellevator being a little too warm it was a nice stay. My family and I would certainly stay again if the need should arise.
