I had reserved a non-smoking room with two beds and they were not able to provide that for me upon checking, stating they did not have any available and instead gave me one king bed. We had three people in our room and had to go out of our way to purchase an air mattress.

Refrigerator was loud

Property need an update, especially in the kitchens but not to bad otherwise

Asked 2 times for room service, room was not serviced in over 9 days… refrigerator had to be replaced, water all over the floor, ppl smoking, staff smoking, kind of a weird dynamic, continental breakfast coffee had different sized cups that were very small as opposed to the previous day, condiments ran out quickly, no sugar packets, front desk had to order from Amazon, wouldn’t stay here again, fire alarm went off although we were pre-warned… not the best not the worst, it just wasn’t a professional experience to be enjoyed…... read more
