A average hotel for business trip. Not for tourist It is generally a good stay. Hotel is good. Room is big and clean. You can also do some simple cooking in room. Stove and Microwave is there. Staff is friendly. The roomrate is a bit too high as a 2 star hotel. Things I do not like: Breakfast is only oat, coffee and muffin. Expected at least some egg, bread with butter/cheese provided. Fridge is noisy it may be disturbing for someone who need quiet during sleep.
Quiet and accessible Clean and big room. Nice staff. I just stayed overnight.....just ok.
Satisfied and will book here if I go this way agai Everything was good. The hotel is beside a large shopping mall so that was helpful.

I just wish the customer service was better, meaning doing everything you could possibly do to satisfy that customer. For example their are families out there in need, they may have money for one night. But not enough for the next night, and that is when that excellent customer service should kick in. That's just my opinion on great service. I think all hotels should do a one night courtesy stay for those in need, especially those families with children.
