The staff was very helpful and they upgraded us for free, so that everybody got his own bed. We really appreciated this! We are very happy about the Extended Stay America :)\n\nNo complains

I liked how helpful and friendly our hotel manager of the hotel was. I would defiantly cone back and would recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Convenient for work.\n\nMy key hardly ever worked to get back into the hotel after hours. Was very upsetting. Bed was also not comfortable at all. Way too firm.

Cool place close to work\n\nNo jacuzzi or pool. People stole my socks out of my laundry. And, front desk Gentleman. He didn't notify me that I would have been better off reserving a room in cash as opposed to my card, because I ended up not being able to stay an extra night.

Its close to everything, good price and close to work.\n\nCleaning staff did not heed to my request for service. I asked 3x but they did not respond or nobody came to clean my room.
