FOR THE MONEY I THOUGHT THE HOTEL WAS GREAT AND I WOULD GO THERE AGAIN I WOULD RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN

A Hotel has to be clean 1st to get my approval! This is a very nice hotel for the price. I am a hotel critic and the most important thiing to me is cleanliness. Tthe carpet was clean, bathrooms clean, no foul odors in the hallways....these are the things that would turn me off. This hotel passed my test and i would defintely stay here whenever I am in the Hampton area. I enjoyed having the kitchenette. Excellent for the price! After reading these reviews on here, I was kind of scared to see what this budget dollar a night hotel was all about. The front desk was friendly, and the room was clean. The walls could have been a little thicker but you couldn't hear anything in your room, just in the hallways. The surrounding neighborhood is really pretty nice, with a super nice outdoor mall and dining nearby. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who needs a cheap stay for a couple nights.

Hotel Desk Hours ?? Apparently there is no one on duty at the hotel desk after 11pm. This caused a problem for us as the people in the room next to us had a very loud party until 5:15 am and we could not contact anyone. Needless to say, we none got any rest that night. I reported this to the desk the next morning and the Clerk said she would report it to her manager and he would contact me. Still waiting to hear something.

Not terrible, but not ideal either The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was very friendly. It was reasonably priced as well. Our room smelled of smoke and cleaning supplies, even though it was a non-smoking room. The comforters had holes in them, and there were odd-looking stains on the walls and floor. There was some sort of mix-up about price when we got there; the front desk fixed it, but I'm not sure that should have happened in the first place. Extended Stay America - Hampton, VA Convenient to restaurants, stores, and main highways. Beds were noisy and a little on the hard side, could use replacing. Pretty quiet night. All-in-all, not a bad place for a night or more.
