NYC trip Decent hotel for the money, but needs some major renowned

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room could be cleaner. Sink fixtures were spotty with soap, sticky entry floor in room. Dated, rusty appliances, old cabinets. For a non-smoking hotel, my second floor hallway reeked of marijuana.
