The carpet in our room was dirty and needed vacuuming. The beds were nice & firm. We had to ask for china/cutlery, coffee maker etc.

I found a roach on-the-wall as soon as i turned on the lights! And also found a couple of lady bugs on the floor! Absolutely unacceptable! Please hire a Pest Control company! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!
