We called to make a reservation and was told it was fine and we could check in the morning. We get there at 730 am , the receptionist with her nasty attitude inform us they only allow check in at 3 pm. I had to pay an extra $50 because we came in early. On the phone the person said it was fine.

NO Hot Breakfast, NO room services ! Very disappointed with the hotel. There is NO hot breakfast available ( only a very small coffee bar). There is NO room service/maid/housekeeping service (the hotel will give you clean towels everyday IF you asked for them). There is NO Business/Computer/printer service available at all ( if you email the hotel they will print for you and charge you $1.50 per sheet of paper).

Filthy and Unsafe The room was filthy. The remote control was so infested with grime I couldn't touch it. I thought putting it in a baggie would be a clue for housekeeping. I know they inspected it but didn't clean it. The toilet cligfed repeatedly during my 12 day stay and no one was ever available to bring a plunger so I had to clear it myself with dish soap and hot water. Reservation snafu and double charged Reservation was not found despite showing email with confirmation number. I was charged $114 instead of $103 as stated in email from hotels.com The check-in process was far too slow 15-20 minutes. Then when I checked my credit card I saw I had been charged twice, $114 and $103. The room was clean and cofotable

The hotel gave us a smoking room with no sofa after we had booked and called to confirm our room. The room had a horrible smell and was truly awful. I would never stay here again.

Stay at Fairfield Marriott for better value Kitchenette is equipped with nothing, even though this is a long stay hotel. No glasses, plastic cups or a coffee machine. You can ask for dishes at front desk but didn’t seem to include coffee machine. Pullout couch has thin mattress and bedding. Breakfast is a counter by the front desk with a few items and no seating area. TV is small. Checked out after 1 night and stayed at Fairfield Marriott nearby for less money and better services. Need to up their game.
