Great value Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room comfortable. Good value and location for a short stay.

Cheap and convenient but there are smokers The front desk staff could not have been friendlier, and it's nice to have a workout room and laundry. There were minor annoyances such as a broken lamp and a lumpy bed. But there was also a BIG issue and that is that even though the property says its rooms are all non-smoking apparently guests ignore that. The third floor wreaked of smoke and it came into our room -- so much so that our clothes still smelled when we unpacked our suitcases after leaving the property.

Tina at the front desk was amazing. Needed to check in early and she was. Great customer service. Room was in great condition. Fast check in. We enjoyed our stay.

Overnight stay w/daughter-cooking meal-Priceless I stayed at this establishment with my daughter for an overnight and I was very happy to see that an Extended Stay venue was available in the area I wanted. I was greeted by a very personable young man named Brandon and he was wonderful in getting me all I needed as well as answering any questions. Travelocity blew it. My criticism is with you Travelocity. I spent a long time on the phone with the Travelocity agent who took all the information about what I needed: a dog friendly hotel and 2 rooms. One room would be for my 2 adult daughters and the other for my husband and me and our dog. Upon arrival the clerk found my information and booking for the two rooms, but Travelocity never mentioned that there would be a dog and my husband.
