I have been at this location for about a month now. I must say I really like it here. The manager Ms. Maria the Manager is very professional and an extremely nice lady. You don't find to many people like that. She has really been a blessing. Ms. Mureya a really nice lady. The whole staff here is really nice. I can't say one bad thing about any of the staff. Annoyed I have to even give 1 star. This is the second awful stay we’ve had with Extended Stay America, in two different cities. Both times: minimal amenities, mediocre cleanliness, and staff with zero professionalism. Most recently, while my husband is fighting stage 4 cancer, I called the desk for an extra pillow to help his cancerous leg. I was laughed at, told “We’re closed 11–7. Stayed 4 nights. It was habitable. The reviews dont lie. There are roaches and other creepy crawlies. I killed multiple every day. Someone stole my groceries that I had delivered. The place looks somewhat rundown/trashy, and felt gloomy with dark energy and dark hallways. The hallways reek of musk, weed and deodorizer. It was stuffy. I did see housekeeping cleaning and a grounds crew cleaning the exterior though. I was there to pick up someone. I was told they didn't have a public restroom. I could understand that to some extent. However, it was not as if I was just stopping there to use their restroom. The persons I was picking up were staying there. Do guess only have access to the restroom in their room? Yes, I know I was not the paying guest. However, it's an impression that would not let me refer anyone to be a guest. Just saying.

Clean room, but stiff uncomfortable mattress, inadequate air conditioning, and the so-called “included breakfast” turned out to be a sad lonely tiny cabinet opposite the front desk with stale packaged muffins, granola bars, and hot water with tea or coffee packets (not even brewed coffee). Never again.
