Clean basic room. This was a good 'basic' room. Mattress was a little firm for me. TV controls were glitchy. Continental breakfast was minimal (very small 'Lobby' with prepackaged food). The cost was very affordable and the location was close to UAH and the Space and Rocket Center.

You Guys Rock I promise I love booking here, I think you need to increase the smoking rooms. This place is so wonderful the set up is nice and it's very peaceful.. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers and local customers.. Keep up the great job you have awesome employess

Very good hotel Hotel is close to Rocket Center & Botanical garden. All rooms have kitchen & big refrigerator. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Cleanliness The Access bathroom in our room was moldy, like the seat in the shower, and on the walls where caulking was needed in some areas of the shower area, it appeared the bathroom shower was under construction, like a tub was removed but a shower pan/floor wasn't installed yet. The overall floor in the bathroom was not as clean as it shouldve been. The non smoking room was smelly of smoke. Very clean, comfortable and nice for a good price. Shower had good pressure and was clean. Breakfast was not too special but I did have an apple and a muffin so that was okay. I would definitely recommend them and stay here again.

Average Overall my stay was okay. I wasn't happy with the lack of proper lighting inside and out.

Recommendation Rooms need a microwave. Most patrons prefer to drink coffee/tea in their room . Many times it's not feasible to try to catch the staff just to get a cup of coffee.

Clean room, good rates During this trip, we stayed here part of the time and at the Marriott next door for different events. This hotel was more comfortable than the Marriott. It was clean and had the basic amenities we needed. Not fancy but definitely a great value. One note, the dishes and other kitchen items are easily available, but not kept in the room. You will need to tell the front desk what you want and they will bring it to your door. For us, this service was very timely and with responsive staff. Definitely recomm... read more
