Location was good, inbetween everything you wanted We had an issue with our room , but we was relocated to another room with no questions..It was a real nice room , i hated to leave it ..the other unit was ok, had some loud crew above us and out on the walk way ,but one call to the front and it was quickly shut down... the room were really clean and the baths too. Coffee and a maker inside the unit was great...and a quick grab and go breakfast made it even better...The front desk staff were really friendly and understanding ... read more

"Will do in a rush" The Bathroom and kitchen area are in need of remodeling in so much as the sink, toilet and countertop need replacement. The toilet stayed stopped up. The refrigerator is in need of remodeling on the outside handles or opening. The whole time we stayed, we never had our beds made and had to request towels everyday.

Comfort at a Reasonable Price My wife and I drove to Huntsville for the weekend to see the Space and Rocket Center. We chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the Rocket Center. Never having stayed at an Extended Stay America we did not know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room for what we paid. Weeks stay with kitchen We were very pleased with the location as it was very easy to get around in Huntsville. The room was clean, had a lot of space. We cooked most of our meals. We will be back again. The staff was well trained and helpful. We are well traveled and have stayed in 5 star hotels in the USA and other countries. I don't know why this motel is rated a 2. It is better than that.

Couldn't ask for more for my money. Excellent value, staff was Always friendly & helpful. It was truly a pleasure to stay here. And I will return next year.

Dog stay is pretty steep My room was clean, the wifi was very slow. I had stated repeatedly at booking that I had my Yorkie with me and thought that the charge was to include the amount for having him with me. However, upon arrival I was told it was an additional $25 per night for him to stay. That is a bit steep for a pet that stays in his own kennel and is completely house broken and does not shed. MUST STAY service was great, very clean room, enough towels, plus it had a wall thermastate for temp setting.. great price for a small studio apt. best price in town .... compared to 75.00 dollars and up... thanks again.
