Rocket City Extended Stay America hotel waived internet access charge. no pool. the room size, with kitchenette, is adequate. some of the customers were using cabs for their mode of transportation, due to the large volume of cabs going and coming. quiet during my stay. one exit down from the space center. front desk very responsive to my needs. good value for the money

Not Too Bad, But Needs Improvement The front desk clerk was very amiable and made my check-in easy. The room was nice with the exception of the bed and a pretty dated television. The bed had a very noticeable long dark streak in which I couldn't distinguish. The streak could have been one of several things including dried blood, chocolate, etc. My reservation was for two days, but I checked out after day one.

Great for short or long term visits. This is a great hotel. The staff were very nice and friendly. I have been staying at this hotel one weekend/week every month because my boyfriend is in school at Redstone Arsenal. You have the convenience of having a mini kitchen within the room with utensils. You are minutes away from stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Needs Improvement Based on the hotels.com customer reviews, we were surprised to find our first room to be very dirty. After talking with the front desk, we were able to switch rooms. The room we had originally been given was not remodeled. The second room had been remodeled. Big difference between the two! I'm still confused as to the reason the remodeled room was so much cleaner than the first room. Besides that, the hotel is very much no frills. We even had to ask for little bottles of shampoo. Great room for the money Very accommodating employees. The room was very clean and close to the space center. The pet deposit was a little high.

Space & Rocket Center Enjoyed using the refrigerator to store left overs. Yum!

We are coming back! Disappointed that there wasn't a DVD player, and the cable did not have very much selection..but overall we are very satisfied with our stay there! We will be coming back someday for our anniverysary and we also made a souvenior there!!! THANKS!!!
