friendly staff..but then. I checked in for a few nights while in transit, and I must say the staff if very friendly. However, management should take in consideration that guests could be allergic to down pillows. I requested synthetic and they brought me two flat old pillows from somewhere, to replace the 4 that were in the room. Then since it was icy cold in my room I turned down the air and noticed a funky smell. Like stale old cigarettes and musty. Excellent Service!! We were in town to see my nephew off on deployment.. My sister shipped a package from Texas before we got on the plane but due to the weather her package was delayed 3 days.. I asked the desk personnel if we could have shipped to the hotel even tho we were already goin to be checked out and long gone they said sure.. They held the package and my sisters pillow that she had forgotten until my nephew got off work and could pick them up... Everything about our stay was great!!.. The hotel staff.. The hotel staff was super friendly and kind. My only real complaint was the the room was not fully stocked; no soap and no shampoo. The hallways and room constantly had a horrible smell. I do wish they would fix that.

I WILL be back again!! Finding a dog friendly hotel is not difficult. Finding a CLEAN one is near impossible. I always get the room with stains all over the place and dirt in every corner. NOT HERE! They were friendly, accommodating, and the place was clean and comfy. First place we stayed that actually put a "pet inside" sign on the door. I really liked that. Only disappointment was what they call "breakfast". For $90 a room I was hoping for more than a granola bar and an orange. But overall it was a great place.
