Chanda was so helpful!! I just had surgery and had trouble with my bags. She stopped what she was doing and helped my with my cart. When we got to my room she even helped me unload and took the cart back down stairs. She's so friendly and welcoming!! 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service!! Thank you so much!! 😊 🙏

Came here on business trip as soon as i walked in my room i saw human waste on the carpet. I immediately alerted my coworkers and we got a full refund and went to a different hotel. The manager here is an absolute joke and refused to answer the front desk employees phone calls. She had to call in a different coworker to help get our refund. Pictures were taken and have been reported to the state for Health and Safety Concerns…do not ever come here…go to a much better hotel…there pictures are false advertisement

Mostly clean, pleasant experience. The room has a nice clean, pleasant smell. We were only there one short night so didn't use the really old stove. On my issues there was a bit of dog food on floor between beds, and hair on shower drain indicating a not thorough cleaning. To me those are very minor complaints.

Great staff! The guests are all pretty cool. I like the location. Laundry services are nice. Breakfast service is nice. It's a good place to stay when you need to stay somewhere for a while

This place is similar to Hotel California, they don't let you check out they kick you out for unbelievable reasons. In my case it was due to me catching a staff member lying to me and calling them out for it. They got angry and told me that I had to leave by check out the next day. When they found out I called the corporate office they insisted that I leave immediately or they would call the police. I was 66 years old and a month prior I had been hospitalized im critical condition at the Topeka Veterans hospital. I was still... read more
