Will not be back Was shocked how several situations were handled. Not all but most of the staff have 0 customer service skills...I can't remember a time when I was treated with such disrespect by the staff at a hotel I was staying in, therefore I will not return to this particular property nor recommend it to family or friends! It's really too bad because I felt the value was great. Although I will pay a bit more to be treated with dignity and respect!

Old outdated rooms....hard to make it look clean
the breakfast was gone by 9 am and not replaced. The carpets in the stairwells was atrocious.
