Good Location The room was a good value. The grounds and location are really good. Both of the office staff I dealt with were very helpful and personable. The room and stairwell maintenance is lacking a bit. With a closer attention to maintenance I'd give it a higher rating overall.
Hotel Nice place will stay again next time I'm come to Kansas

it was wonderful the staff was wonderful everyone was wonderful helpful the staff was wonderful I would recommend it to a friend and I will go back to Overland Park

Nice hotel Nice hotel just needs a little maintenance and attention to cleaning. I found left over trash from previous people.
