I really had an issue with the property tell me I have to pay $10 per extra wash clothes, which you were quite aware the room was booked for two adults and two children. That to me is pure nonsense! You only put 2 for 4 people. Then, I must pay whole $10 for a towel which will not become mine after? Rubbish rule that needs to be revamped!!

It was hard to find off a busy road. We got there 12 minutes before check in and said they would have to charge $50 for early check in told them we would wait in car. I wanted to grab a cup of coffee as pictures showed 3 pots but nothing available. Need to update pictures. Also no wastebaskets in room would be charged if we left anything. Guess my fault for not reading all about it before booking. It was clean but not close to eating the road by all eating establishments was under construction so quite a challenge.

We have our breakfast times ( 6am-9:30am) posted on all websites as well as in the cupboard and the booklet handed to you at check in. The trash cans are located underneath both the kitchen and bathroom sinks. I hope this helps.

Over all the hotel was nice, there were some noisy guest at 4 am kids running and screaming they were not told to be quiet by staff. The room it self was great Most of the staff is nice except one girl who works the day shift, She was extremely rude, would not fix my husbands key when it de-magnetized. He had to wait an hour for another staff member to fix his key.
