Property was very clean and staff is very nice and friendly. The little store in the hotel came in handy and the dvd player was a nice touch.
Hotel was full Hotel was nice but other guest were immature and noisey
I like the kitchen-full size refrigerator & microwave. I didn't like that when I tried to contact management about a situation, they did not return my call. I did contact one of the managers & she took my phone number, but never called me back. The rest of the staff were very friendly.
Stay was wonderful, as always. We arrived early, Christopher checked us in right away. Room was amazing. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Expectations exceeded again. This is why we choose Candlewood every time. Much thanks to Christopher, btw...after a 20hr drive, his kindness was much appreciated.
