The staff were friendly. The room had a bad smell. I think that the previous occupants must have had a pet. The staff provided me with air freshener which helped.
It was a good stay. Everything worked and the room smelled clean.
Liked the staff not the trainy staff Needs more training
We just spent one night but the few staff we dealt with were very friendly. We had our puppies with us and the staff was very accommodating. Our dogs are well mannered but sometimes aren't welcomed in some hotels. We will definitely stay again when visiting Lawton.
