Everything was good but they did try and add a extra $100 that the front desk man (Levi) could not explain what that was for and the general manager had to come in and fix the issue which took about 2.5 hours to get checked in and get some sleep.
Nice Stay Nice place to stay. Cleanliness has improved. Both times we've stayed, though, we had an issue and neither time they fixed them or even touched base with us about them.
Comfortable stay. Wifi was great. Comfortable bed.
Only a few cons, but not many. Room advertised as queen, was a dbl bed, but still fits 2 adults. One previous guest broke one of the washers, but not a hotel issue so much. Laundry is FREE and machines were new, too. Every room is a "studio apt", fully equipped kitchens w/ small appliances, dishes/silverware, etc. Lending locker available up front if you need something to "check out" that's not available.
