different We've stayed here before, but it seem different, like different owner ship. Used to have utensils for kitchen area, a coffee pot. Had none of that this time. Elevator smelled awful. Toliet was broken, had to flush it by taking the lid off and doing it manually. Would of complain, but we go there late and were tired.
Average and old The room was ok, and things worked ... had to call front desk as all the kitchen stuff was missing, the curtains looked dusty. Front desk did not have coins for laundry! The Hotel was not worth the price.

Pleasantly surprised This location is nicer than some of the other places I've seen. Close to food; & area was nice. Hotel was clean. Room was clean & relatively comfortable. Kitchen area is small--but there is a kitchen if you need/want one; which is nice. The service at the front desk was very respectful & genuinely kind the day that I booked & arrived. They are lucky to have her. If I'm in the area again, I would stay again.
Upon arrival We had booked and paid for our stay 6 weeks prior to our arrival. Upon our arrival were informed that our room was not available as the person extended their stay. The option presented was not acceptable and she the manager who resolved the situation. We unpacked our things to find that the shelf in the kitchen collapsed because a bracket was missing and the front desk didn't have any to fix it. Later went to use the microwave and it hadn't been cleaned and was quite disgusting. All these items we have advise... read more
