The property and room was extremely clean and well kept. The entire staff were friendly and extremely efficient! They all excelled in their positions ! Amenities, were limited due to pandemic conditions, which made us feel more secure in protection from virus transmission. A better protocol for fire drills and alarms, evacuation. Also, first aid kits were unavailable, ie ice packs.
Okay The stay was fine. The room in person did NOT match the photos on app. Pictures were much better. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Cigarette smoking in rooms Other residents were smoking in their rooms and my room got smoky and staff seemed disinterested.
