Basic long term stay facility. Not very clean. The elevator smelled like pickles. There are many that use the premises as their primary residence. Although the reps at the front desk were friendly, do not expect any service besides the complementary coffee in the morning. Plates, glasses, utensils, etc should be available upon request. The room smelled of cigarette smoke as it came through the broken outlet (with exposed wiring by the way....total safety issue. The toilet did not flush, and was told that there is no maintenance staff on the weekend so they would bring me the toilet plunger. I will be contacting the property to get a refund. The safety issue alone is enough to warrant a refund.

I stayed at this property years ago, it was absolutely well kept. The bathroom sink stopper did not work, the blanket was more like a sheet paper thin. The refrigerator was dented and everything looked old and worn.There seems to be a number of unsavory characters drinking, cursing and smoking in front of the property. My lady friend saw an unkempt person walk through the lobby with a holstered glock pistol. We had to ask for a coffee maker for the room. Toilet wouldn’t flush, and leaked all over bathroom floor. Night clerk told me to come get plunger downstairs. Room was filthy. Had to go buy shower cleaner to take a shower. I hate to leave bad reviews, but for almost $200 a night, this place was unacceptable. We did ask for a different room, but it really was not much better. Dirty stained pillows.

Yikes - stay elsewhere Carpet was damp and almost sticky(possibly from earlier cleaning). There was hair entwined in the sheets, otherwise they seemed clean. Towels were dirty upon arrival and when we called the front desk asking for clean towels we were told we would have to come to the front desk and exchange them one for one. The kitchenette was absolutely empty, only two plastic cups, and based on the towel situation we did not bother to ask if anything could be provided. Expedia shouldn’t offer this hotel on their website. It has an odor and we felt completely unsafe. The front desk agent didn’t seem surprised at all when we went back down to the lobby and said we didn’t want to stay.
