Pleasant What I didn’t like was the customer service that I received from this guy. He was very unwelcoming and rude. The AC did not work in our room and once called for help he would say okay and hang up. We received better help from other staff than him even though he was the one managing the front lobby. I have stayed here multiple times before and always received great customer service from other staff. I like the location

This hotel is good enough if you re in a budget. The front of the hotel could use regular cleaning. Location is near where we need to be.

Good we arrived after midnight, the IT system was doing accounts reconciliation. we waited 2 hrs before we could be checked in n get key to our room. After flying & travelling for 20+ hrs, it was very frustrating. There must be a workaround with manual system to this problem.
